Throughout June and July Redeemer Fellowship will walk through eight psalms in a series called Songs of the Saints. Together we will learn how to better know, experience, and express the goodness of God through the inspired songs of his people.
This time in God’s word is important because while the Lord is unfailingly good, we live in a fallen world marred by suffering, disappointment, and confusion. The Psalms teach us that true faith is not without questions, fears, or struggles. They show by example that we can be honest with God, even when we find ourselves doubting or distressed. We aren’t meant to simply manage our questions and confusion, but to bring them to the Lord who listens, cares, and answers.
